Leave-in, not rinse-out. Conditioner goes on the hair, not the scalp, and can be reapplied between shampoos without buildup.
Choose by hair type: Light for fine, thin hair; Medium for average or mixed hair; Heavy for thick, curly, or chemically-treated hair.
How to condition: After the second shampoo rinse, put one pump of Conditioner and two squirts of Strengthening Oil in your palm. Rub them together and squeeze the product into wet hair from the ponytail out to the ends. Do not remove the water first. Comb through, then squeeze out the excess water. Leave it in and style.
Label: Formaldehyde, Paraben, Sulfate, Gluten, and Preservative free.
A nickel to quarter-size amount in the palm with two squirts of Strengthening Oil. That is the shortcut; the oil applied on its own is the other order, and both are correct. Rub it through your hands and squeeze it into wet hair from the ponytail out. Do not remove the water. Comb through, then squeeze the excess. It stays in — leave-in, not rinse-out. Condition the hair, not the scalp.
