Shipping Policy
Lisa May Eco ships professional hair care to approved salon, stylist, and wholesale accounts within the United States. The terms below apply to trade orders placed through your account.
Order Minimums & Case Quantities
Products are sold by the case. [CONFIRM with Lisa: per-SKU minimum (e.g. 1 case per SKU) and any opening-order minimum for new accounts.]
Processing Time
Depending on the size of order, orders are either processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Larger orders (by the case) may take longer, generally within 14 days. We'll notify you with an estimated ship date. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. We strive to ship large orders within 5 business days, but we mix our products fresh because our products are organic and don’t have an infinite shelf life the way that harsh-chemical based products do.
Freight
We currently ship within the United States only.
We will contact you after you make your freight order and we will discuss the logistics and timing of the freight shipment. We generally expect freight to arrive within 3-7 days from time of shipment.
Transit estimates are not guaranteed and begin once the order ships, not when it's placed.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock, we'll hold the full order until complete and notify you of the estimated ship date.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the order at our facility (FOB origin). Once a shipment leaves our facility, transit is in the carrier's control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email lisa@lisamayeco.com.
Damage, Loss, or Shortage in Transit
Inspect every shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Report damage, shortage, or loss to lisa@lisamayeco.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos. Because risk of loss passes at our facility, freight claims are filed with the carrier — we'll provide documentation and coordinate the replacement or credit. Wrong Address
Orders ship to the address on file for your account. Please confirm your shipping address is current before ordering. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away and we'll do what we can.
International
We don't ship internationally yet, but contact us if you’re interested and we will consider it.
