Welcome to lisamayecohaircare.com, operated by Lisa May Eco Inc ("we," "us," "our"). This is a trade-only site: products are sold to approved licensed salons, professional stylists, and wholesale accounts for professional use or resale — not to retail consumers. By accessing the site, applying for an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility & Account Approval

Purchasing requires an approved trade account. Approval is at our discretion and may require:

  • For professional / back-bar accounts: a valid cosmetology or salon establishment license.

  • For wholesale / reseller accounts: a valid resale certificate (seller's permit) and business EIN.


You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business. You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under it. Notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that no longer meet these requirements.

Professional Use & Resale Only

Products are supplied for professional use in a licensed setting or for retail resale to your clients — not for personal consumption by the account holder. You agree not to sell to diverters, redistributors, or any party who would resell outside authorized professional channels.

Authorized Channels & Anti-Diversion

You may resell our products only through your own salon, store, or approved point of sale. You may not list or sell our products on third-party online marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Temu, or any auction or marketplace site) without our prior written consent. [CONFIRM with Lisa: confirm she wants a marketplace restriction, and whether to attach a liquidated-damages figure per unauthorized listing.]

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

If a MAP policy is in effect, you agree not to advertise our products below the published minimum advertised price in any public-facing channel (website, marketplace, print, signage, email, or coupon). MAP governs advertised price, not your in-person transaction price. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display product details, ingredients, and pack sizes accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen reflects colors exactly.

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars, are tier-based (professional vs. wholesale), and may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.

Cosmetic Products — Use & Disclaimer

Our products are hair- and scalp-care cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. As a professional, you're responsible for reviewing the ingredient list, patch-testing where appropriate, and advising your clients accordingly.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and is due in full at checkout unless we've approved you for separate terms in writing. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product names, and the Lisa May Eco brand — is owned by Lisa May Eco Inc and may not be copied or used without written permission. Approved accounts may use brand-provided marketing materials solely to promote authorized resale.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa May Eco Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
